This lecture note was developed for a training exercise on ensemble suitability modelling with BiodiversityR that was given at the Royal Beach Hotel, Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso on 6th April 2016.The main objective of sharing this lecture note more widely is to introduce the new Graphical User Interface (GUI) options for ensemble suitability modelling that were included in version 2.7-0 of BiodiversityR.
