Regional workshop on agroforestry education in southeast Asia, 23-27 March 1998, University of the Philippines Los Baños, Laguna, the Philippines
This report the outcome of the regional workshop on agroforestry education in southeast Asia. The representative from 20 key educational institutions in the region jointly presented and assessed the status of agroforestry in selected institutions; identified needs and issues related to teaching of agroforestry in the five countries; made preliminary recommendations for regional collaboration, in order to enhance tetiary agroforestry education in the region, planned a more detailed collection of baseline data on agroforestry education and training through studies in each of the five countries.
